Issue: Radix DM Save Button Does Not Appear in Microsoft Outlook

Solution

This error can occur due to issues with Microsoft Outlook or other third party programs temporarily disabling the Radix DM Addin. To enable the Radix DM Outlook Addin again, please perform the following depending on your version of Microsoft Outlook:

 

Microsoft Outlook 2003

Click the Help toolbar option and choose About Microsoft Office Outlook.  On the bottom right of this information screen, click on the button Disabled Items.  In the dialog that appears, a reference to RadixDMOutlookAddin.dll may appear in the list of disabled items.  If it does, select it, click Enable and then close the dialog.  After restarting Microsft Outlook, the Radix DM button should reappear.

 

Microsoft Outlook 2007/2010

Click the Help toolbar option and choose Disabled Items.  In the dialog that appears, a reference to RadixDMOutlookAddin.dll may appear in the list of disabled items.  If it does, select it, click Enable and then close the dialog.  After restarting Microsft Outlook, the Radix DM button should reappear.

If RadixDMOutlookAddin.dll does not appear in the list of disabled items, then this solution will not apply to your installation of Radix DM.  Please contact Support for further assistance.
